The location of the Catalonia El Pilar hotel is perfect if you want to visit Zaragoza and its historic center because it is in the very center, you can reach the Basilica del Pilar in just 4 minutes on foot. But you will not need to go far to admire what the Zaragoza tourism department calls a visit of tourist interest. We are talking about the building that the hotel itself occupies, built at the beginning of the 20th century according to the Zaragoza modernist architectural current.

You will be impressed by its three imposing facades, brick on the upper floors and stone on the lower part. The floral and plant-inspired decorations give it a unique character, reflected in the wrought iron on the balconies and the glazed viewpoints, as well as in the stone of the window frames.
